Tearms & Booking Conditions | Cheap Flights Fare UK

We want your booking experience to be simple and safe. When you choose to book with us, it is important that you fully understand the terms and conditions that apply. Please take the time to read this page carefully before completing your reservation.

Note: These booking conditions apply to all our services, including flights, holiday packages, car hire, and other travel arrangements.

Making a Booking

You can make a booking online, over the phone, through email, or by visiting our office in person. No matter how you book, the same conditions apply. Once you place a reservation request, our travel consultant will send you a confirmation email. This email will include:

  • Your travel details

  • Costs

  • Payment instructions

Please check this email carefully. If you see any mistakes in names, dates, or times, let us know as soon as possible. If everything looks correct, you can go ahead with your payment. In most cases, full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

If you choose to pay later, a minimum deposit of 25 pounds is required within 24 hours to hold your reservation. This deposit is part of your total ticket price. It is not refundable. You can pay the remaining balance in parts or in full, as long as you complete it before your payment deadline.

Tickets are only issued when:

  • Full payment is received

  • Your details are confirmed in writing

  • Necessary documents are provided (such as identification or third-party card authorization).

Once tickets are issued, they cannot be refunded. Similarly, they cannot be transferred to another person or changed unless stated otherwise.

Receiving Your Tickets 12

12 Most of our tickets are electronic and will be emailed to you. If you do not provide an email, you can visit our office to collect your tickets or ask us to mail them. Check our business listing on Google Maps as well. Please allow up to three working days for delivery.

Once you receive your confirmation email, your booking is official. If you need to make corrections, do so immediately. After ticket issuance, most changes are not allowed.

You must reconfirm your flight schedule at least 48 to 72 hours before departure by contacting the airline directly. This helps you stay updated about any last-minute changes to your flight.

Airline Schedules and Pricing 14

14 Airlines can change their schedules or prices at any time. If this happens after your reservation but before your ticket is issued, we will inform you. You can then choose to pay the new price or change your booking. Fare changes are the airline’s decision, and we do not have control over them.

Sometimes, airlines increase taxes or fees, or your flight may become unavailable. In those cases, we will offer you alternative options, and any price difference will be your responsibility.

We cannot guarantee flight availability unless your booking is fully paid and ticketed on the same day.

Booking Modes 16

16 We accept bookings through the following ways:

Online Reservations: You can choose flights and services through our website. After booking online, you will receive an auto-generated response followed by a confirmation email from our consultant. Follow the steps in the email to complete your payment and receive your e-tickets.

Telephone Reservations: You can speak directly with our travel consultants to discuss options and make a reservation. You will need to provide payment details during the call. You will then receive a confirmation email with all the booking information. If your consultant is unavailable, you should ask for the manager or another consultant.

In-Person Bookings: You can visit our office to make or complete a booking. If you have already discussed details over the phone, we suggest calling us before coming so we can prepare your documents.

In all cases, please make sure you check and confirm the reservation details sent to you. We are not responsible for missed deadlines, wrong information, or unavailable seats due to delayed confirmations.

Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds

Changes to Your Booking Before Tickets Are Issued

If you want to change your travel dates, times, or names before your tickets are issued, we will do our best to help. However, airlines and suppliers often do not allow changes. If they do allow changes, there may be extra costs or penalties, and you will have to pay any difference in fares.

Once you ask for a change, your current booking will be cancelled so we can look for the new options. If you decide not to continue with the change after the search begins, we may not be able to get your original booking or price back. In that case, you will have to pay the fare difference or follow the cancellation policy.

If you ask for a name correction, airlines usually do not allow it. To fix a name, we may have to cancel and rebook the ticket, which can lead to higher costs. Airlines often increase their prices, so the new booking may be more expensive. These costs will be your responsibility.

Changing the date or time of travel before your ticket is issued also depends on the airline. Fares are updated daily, and prices may increase. If you change your schedule, you may need to pay both a penalty and the fare difference.

When you request any change, we cancel your original booking to search for new options. If you later decline the change, we cannot return to the old booking or price. So, think carefully before requesting changes.

Your ticket details must match exactly with the name and information on your passport. If they do not match, you may not be allowed to travel. In such cases, the ticket becomes non-refundable, and we cannot offer any compensation. It is your responsibility to give us accurate information.

Changes After Tickets Are Issued

Once your ticket is issued, most airlines will not allow changes at all. Some airlines may allow minor changes, like correcting one letter in your name or changing the title from Mr to Ms, but this is rare. Even if allowed, the airline makes the final decision, not us.

Changing the travel date after your ticket is issued is also very difficult. Some airlines allow it with a fee, but most do not. If it is allowed, you will need to pay both the penalty and the difference in fare, if any. Not all dates have the same fare or seat availability.

Most tickets come with restrictions on how many times you can make changes, how close to departure you can change, and what costs apply. Some changes are not allowed at all within 48 hours of departure or on the day of the flight.

Cancelling a Booking

If you need to cancel your booking, you must tell us in writing. The cancellation request must come from the person who booked the ticket or who is named on the ticket.

Not all tickets can be cancelled. Many low-cost and promotional fares are completely non-refundable. If your ticket type allows a refund, the refund amount will depend on the airline’s policy.

If your cancellation is allowed, we will send the ticket to the airline for processing. The refund will only be given once the airline returns the money to us. This can take anywhere from 8 to 12 weeks, and in rare cases, it may take longer.

Please keep in mind that the airline decides the refund amount. We cannot influence their decision. We only act as the middleman between you and the airline. Refunds are usually less than the full ticket price, especially for return tickets where only one leg of the journey was used.

You may also be asked to send us documents like your ticket copy, passport page, or a cancellation letter from the airline. Some airlines have deadlines for submitting cancellation requests. If you miss that deadline, your refund may not be processed.

If you cancel before your ticket is issued, we will still charge a minimum cancellation fee of 100 per person.

If your ticket has already been issued and you cancel, the airline’s refund policy will apply. You can ask our agents for the exact details.

Once a ticket is issued, we transfer the payment to the airline. So if you want a refund, the amount and timing depend entirely on the airline.

We help you with filing refund requests, but we are not responsible for how long the airline takes or how much they refund.

If the airline cancels the flight, you must contact them for alternate options or a refund. Airlines may offer a full refund or another flight, but they are not required to offer both. It is your decision whether to accept their offer or not. We are here to guide you through this process.

Refunds will always be sent to the same account used for payment, unless otherwise requested and approved.

We do not take responsibility for services provided by the airline or hotel, including flight delays, cancellations, onboard experience, or hotel quality. You must contact the airline or hotel directly for complaints or claims.

Airline Cancellations and Airline Strikes

If your flight is cancelled by the airline, they may offer you a new flight or a refund. You must decide whether to accept the new flight or ask for a refund. Please inform us of your decision so we can proceed accordingly.

To apply for a refund in case of airline cancellation, you must send us all required documents, including ticket copy and the airline’s cancellation notice. These documents must be submitted within 7 to 48 days depending on the airline’s rules. Delayed submissions will not be accepted.

If the airline goes bankrupt, suspends operations, or strikes, getting a refund can take much longer and may not be guaranteed. These situations are beyond our control.

In such cases, you must contact the airline's head office or regulatory authority. We will assist you with the information available to us.

Our company does not cover any costs caused by such disruptions. If you want protection against this, we strongly recommend buying travel insurance at the time of booking.

Your Rights in Case of Changes by Us

It is rare, but sometimes we may need to make a change to your booking due to some reasons, such as:

  • Airline schedule changes

  • Supplier issues

  • Other events.

If we need to make a change, we will inform you as soon as possible.

If the change is major, you can choose one of the following:

  • Accept the change

  • Choose another package, and pay the difference if it costs more

  • Cancel your booking and get a refund

If the change is minor, such as a slight change in flight time or room type, we will let you know, but no refund or compensation is provided.

If we cancel your trip because of low bookings or other unavoidable reasons, you will be offered a full refund.

Sometimes, events outside anyone’s control (like war, strikes, weather disasters, or other emergencies) may affect your booking. In such cases, we do not offer refunds or compensation, but we will help you find other options.

If any part of your trip is cancelled after it has started, we will try to arrange alternatives at no extra cost.

Airline Passenger Information Disclosure

Laws in the United States and some other countries require airlines to share passenger details with border control and immigration authorities. This means your travel information may be shared with officials in any country you are visiting.

Please note that all details provided are based on the latest available information, but there may be unintentional mistakes or updates.
